Fairview New Homes purchased the Chailey Industrial Estate, in Hayes, Middlesex, for the sum of £17.9m pounds with the intention of redeveloping the land and the building of 331 new homes. Alpine Demolition Ltd were contracted by Fairview to undertake the demolition and site enabling works on this project.
